Each contract analysis uses one credit. Free users receive two non-renewable credits to try OKKAYD. Individual and Business users are allocated monthly credits based on their plan, while Custom plans include tailored credit allocations for larger teams. Every plan includes full platform access — only the number of available credits differs.
Subscription (renewal) credits reset each month and do not carry over. However, top-up credits do roll over from month to month, never expire, and are used only after your monthly renewal credits. An active paid subscription is required to use top-up credits. If your subscription ends or you move to the Free plan, any remaining top-ups are banked and will automatically unlock when you resubscribe.
You can purchase a top-up pack at any time (£5 = 5 credits). Top-ups are applied instantly, roll over month to month, and are used after your monthly renewal credits. Please note that top-ups are available only to Individual, Business, and Custom users with an active paid subscription.
Yes. On Individual, Business, and Custom plans, all team members share a central credit pool. This makes it easy to manage usage collectively and ensures everyone has access to the same allowance.
OKKAYD supports PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT files up to 10MB. These formats cover all standard contract types and are fully compatible with the OKKAYD AI analysis engine.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing date is the same day you upgraded, and your credits automatically refresh on that date each month. This ensures a consistent renewal schedule that aligns with your usage cycle.
Yes. You can downgrade or cancel your plan at any time through your billing settings. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing period, after which you’ll move to your selected plan or the Free plan. Any unused top-up credits remain securely banked and will reactivate automatically when you resubscribe.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, and we accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on OKKAYD’s servers.
If your subscription ends or you downgrade to the Free plan, any unused top-up credits are banked on your account but become temporarily locked. Once you reactivate a paid plan, those banked top-up credits will automatically unlock and be available for use again.
