4. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Account holders are responsible for all activity under their login credentials.
• You agree to keep your password secure and confidential.

5. Subscriptions and credits

• Free accounts include 2 analysis credits.
• Additional credits or subscriptions may be purchased through Stripe.
• Payments are non-refundable once a review has been completed.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your dashboard.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Okkayd to upload or process any material that is unlawful, defamatory, or confidential without permission. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or resell our software or AI models.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content, software, and branding remain the property of Okkayd Ltd. Users retain ownership of their uploaded contracts but grant us a limited licence to process those files for analysis only.

8. Disclaimer of legal advice

Okkayd provides automated contract analysis for informational purposes and is not a law firm. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any specific legal matter. Always seek qualified legal advice before signing or executing a contract.

9. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okkayd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Okkayd in the 12 months preceding any claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risks. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Data protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
